Leadership Development for People at a Turning Point

I work with high achievers and the organizations that support them, helping people grow with clarity, confidence, and courage during moments of change.

My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and relational. The result is clients have the confidence, skills, and tools to perform at a high level with more consistency and have built stronger relationships with their senior leaders, peers, and direct reports.

How I work

I use an experiential learning approach to help clients embody who they truly are through learning from their everyday life experiences. I developed this approach from my own leadership development experiences, from years of experience as a leadership development coach, and from in-depth training as a coach, facilitator, and teacher.

I have a natural ability to read people well, ask questions that matter, and bring warmth and humor into conversations that might otherwise feel heavy or intimidating. I build trusting relationships with my clients and that trusting foundation helps them open up to envision new possibilities and break through previous limits.

My coaching conversations lead to fruitful next steps. My programs are thoughtfully designed with adult learners in mind. I aim to prioritize what my clients tell me they want: balance, inner peace, and living in integrity.

I offer three services to support high achievers’ leadership development:

Experiential Leadership Coaching:

Through expert coaching, learners gain confidence, clarity, and connection through simple practices during their daily life. The coaching process will incorporate my signature approach to the ancient art of self-observation and self discovery through a food-based practice that builds presence by engaging the senses.

Experiential Leadership Retreats:

Teams and cohorts come together to reconnect, learn together, and practice new ways of working and leading. My retreats include beautiful meeting spaces, a connection to the natural world, and activities that strengthen social bonds and engage all the senses.

Experiential Leadership Programs:

My flagship program takes leadership cohorts on an experiential learning journey full of variety and a full sensory immersion in nature and food. Leaders gain deep connection to self and others and embody holistic behaviors that enable true transformation.
