About me
Thank you for your interest in learning more about me! You’re probably wondering what qualifies me to offer leadership development to you and your teams.
I know the science and practice of developing stronger leadership in organizations.
I was a Senior Leadership Coach at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where I delivered leadership development education to hundreds of talented students from across the globe.
I continue to partner with Booth and other business schools to coach full- and part-time MBA students who want to grow as leaders.
I was awarded a German Chancellor Leadership Fellowship to study behavior change at the Free University in Berlin.
I am a certified coach.
I hold a coaching certificate from the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
I can comfortably navigate organizational culture.
My professional journey includes stops in government, non-profit, corporate, and higher education organizations, and in cities like Minneapolis, Madison, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Berlin, Germany.
I love teaching…
the delicate art of finding joy in life and contributing it to the greater good,
the practice of looking inward for answers and validation, and
the rewards of experimenting with new approaches at work and in one’s personal life.
